Drake’s ‘Way 2 Sexy’ Samples Group Right Said Fred and They Love It

Right Said Fred, the duo behind the 1991's hit "I'm Too Sexy" says they too are bumping Drake's "Way 2 Sexy," which samples their song.

Right Said Fred is a London-based band formed by brothers Fred and Richard Fairbrass and they are very aware of the Certified Lover Boy's sample per TMZ. The brothers are credited as co-writers on the track along with Future and Young Thug who have verses on the track.

The brothers appreciate the rapper's talent, humor, and creativity and believe that the new rendition will remain popular for years to come.

They also told the outlet they've seen a spike in their own music sales since CLB dropped. They haven't spoken to the Canadian rapper but they told TMZ that they plan on inviting him to dinner to celebrate both of their successes.

As of now, Right Said Fred is still making music but they are also planning to reveal a project on TikTok soon to support mental health and awareness during the pandemic.
