The number of Americans who deal with this problem may surprise you. A study from the New York Times has found that 1.7 million packages are stolen from American porches on a daily basis. The value of these packages is estimated to surpass $25 million.
This number marks a dramatic increase from 2018, when 1,546 thefts were documented for the entire year.
