Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchens Comes to Metro Detroit!!
Guy Fieri likes to “get on the bus to Flavortown” and now the celebrity chef has brought “Flavortown” to us!
Fieri has opened four delivery-only Flavortown Kitchens in Michigan. Three of the “ghost kitchens” are in metro Detroit, with a fourth in Lansing.

What is a ghost kitchen? Ghost kitchens, also known as cloud, host or virtual restaurants, offer only delivery and sometimes carryout of delectable dishes from renowned chefs that are prepared in local restaurants. Although the concept was introduced long before the pandemic, the COVID-19 outbreak has proven successful for ghost kitchens, offering a safe delivery option and still allowing diners to enjoy quality restaurant food.

Foodies and other dining enthusiasts can find Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen’s at Bravo! Italian Kitchen locations in Rochester Hills, Lansing and Livonia, as well as Brio Italian Grille at Partridge Creek in Sterling Heights.
Currently, the Bravo! Italian Kitchen located in Livonia is the only location accepting orders. The remaining locations are planning to open in the upcoming weeks, and are still in a ‘soft launch phase’.

Fieri is the Emmy Award winning host of various television series on the Food Network including Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. He co-owns three restaurants in California and licenses his name to restaurants in New York City and Las Vegas, Nevada.

He’s also a good Guy! The self-proclaimed “Mayor of Flavortown” has raised more than $20 million in pandemic relief funds for restaurant workers in need thanks to his partnership with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
