Metro Detroit Wendy’s Free Food
Mercury’s in retrograde until May 14th. That always makes me laugh a little because my fiancé always makes fun of me when I talk about stuff like that. He’s like, ‘Oh, my God, Venus is in alignment with Saturn. Mercury is disintegrating. Oh, my God. My mood.” He always makes fun of me because I believe in this. To break it down, Mercury appears to be traveling in the opposite direction than it normally does for a period of time. It happens like four times a year. And if you’re like me and believe in the astrological significance, they say weird stuff happens during this time. Things get screwed up with your electronics, flights get delayed, you have a fallout with friends. All of this craziness. So, Wendy’s feels you and me and wants to hook us up with some free stuff to try and make you feel better during this time! You do have to order on their app, but like this week’s deal is a free crispy chicken sandwich with a purchase. That deal goes until Sunday and the next week’s deal is some free chicken nuggets. So this will go on for multiple weeks where you get something different each week for free until May 14th. So, stop by there to get some free food!

I loved seeing this story today. As you may know, Tupac and Chuck D of Public Enemy had a long-standing relationship before Pac passed away. Chuck was doing some interviews and he talked about Tupac proving his loyalty. He said, “Quick story about Pac: we were in Oklahoma City one time, and somebody went and stole stuff out of the backstage. I think they stole some equipment — a hat, whatever — and they found the dude. And they said, ‘Is this the dude?’ And Pac said somebody told him that was the dude. And Pac went upside this dude’s head! I said, ‘Yo, Pac, it’s not that deep man’. But Pac wanted to prove, ‘Listen, I’m ridin’ for y’all!’ Well, Pac, we don’t want you to get arrested in OKC, man, it’s alright.” I love hearing behind-the-scenes stories and stuff that you normally don’t hear. Like, I used to run a stage. I’ve seen a lot of stuff backstage and you get paid to not hear or see anything. You know what I mean? So, it’s always interesting to hear other people’s experiences from behind-the-scenes.

Alright, so Mean Jean sent me this pic yesterday that apparently had the internet in a meltdown. Khloe Kardashian was at dinner with Lil Baby and everyone assumes they’re dating. I’m like, no. I don’t believe this for a second. Number one, he’s out with his ex, Jada Cheaves, all the time. I doubt she’s even his “ex” anymore. And Khloe Kardashian is now on her, like, sixth mistake. She’s definitely back with Tristan Thompson. I don’t follow her on Instagram, but if I see something in the news I will go to her story and she posts quotes, as if she’s talking to other people, giving people advice. When I think she’s really just talking to herself. And she posted this thing saying ‘you need to follow your heart no matter what people think’, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, they’re back together. You know what I mean? So, I doubt that rumor is true. I think everybody can calm down.
