A Texas teen has won a court victory over the school district that tried to force him to cut his dreadlocks. Back in January, 16 year old Kaden Bradform was suspended and was told he couldn’t walk in his graduation ceremony unless he cut his dreadlocks, which his school considered a dress code violation. The story briefly made a celebrity out of Kaden, who was invited to the Oscars and given a 20,000 scholarship by Ellen DeGeneres. Also a U.S. District Court Judge has blocked the district from enforcing the policy or punishing Kaden.
