Ford Field will host the MIU Men’s Health Event this Saturday. It’s a great opportunity to get free screenings and health checks.
13th Annual MIU Men’s Health Event at Ford Field This Saturday
This is for the men in your life. And men, put this in your calendar. The MIU Men’s Health Foundation is having their annual free health screening at Ford Field. It’s always a big event. No insurance is required, you just have to be 18-years or older. They’re gonna have tons of different kinds of screenings, blood work, skin cancer screenings, diabetic foot checks, mental health evaluations, which is so needed. There’s so many other things they’ll check for. Plus, they’re going to have haircuts, inflatables and things for the kids to do if you need to bring them along too. There will be classes and vendors and they’re also going to have a job fair. So, there’s a lot going on that day. It happens this Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Usher will be at the center of the Super Bowl Halftime Show next February. We’re anxious to see what other stars he brings out for his performance.
Usher Announces Super Bowl Halftime Performance
Well, Usher made a huge announcement yesterday. He posted a video on Instagram where he’s talking to his younger self. It’s an edit with part of his “Confessions” video and it’s so funny seeing him in that video because he looks so young. But yes, in the video “Future Usher” is telling his younger self that he is performing during halftime at the Super Bowl next year in Vegas. It makes sense because he has a residency there, right? Usher said, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list.” He’s done so many songs with people. I’m excited to see who he brings out. And in Vegas? 50 Cent Now Owns a Strip Club in Detroit
Last week 50 Cent had posted a picture of himself with some keys in front of the adult club here in Detroit, Tycoons. Apparently, he is expanding his portfolio and bought the club. He is actually hiring for positions and stuff right now. No word on when it’s going to actually open, but maybe we’ll be seeing 50 around here a little bit more.
