Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears: Everything You Need to Know
It’s a big NFC North rivals game this Sunday (Nov. 19), with the Bears taking on the Lions at 1 p.m. EST. This Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears game is part of NFL Week 11, and it’s one of the more high-profile games of the weekend, since the Lions are doing so well this season. If you’re going to the game, then consider yourself very lucky. It’s very difficult to get reasonable Detroit Lions tickets right now. I’m excited just to watch at home and cheer on my team.
If you’re like me and watching at home, then you can catch the game on FOX. If you want to watch a different way, a handful of streaming services will broadcast the game live, including Fubo, DirecTV Stream and Sling. I can’t imagine what it’s like to be a Lions fan on the West Coast. You’d never catch a game on a regular broadcast.
Detroit (7-2) is going for the division championship for the first time since 1993. They currently are atop the NFC North over the Minnesota Vikings (6-4), Green Bay Packers (3-6) and Bears (3-7). While these numbers may make it look like a blowout in favor of the Lions, note that the Bears haven’t had quarterback Justin Fields with them for the last four games. However, he’ll be back on Sunday, and that could be a game changer.
By the way, Lions’ Jameson Williams was recently roasted for his “unhinged” McDonald’s creation. Some fans were saying it “should be illegal.” He actually uses Oreo McFlurry as a burger topping. Who eats this way? Someone who plays in the NFL can eat that way, because they burn off that many calories. Check out his grub here.
