From Noel Night in Midtown to Wild Lights at the Zoo, there’s plenty of holiday things to do around Detroit this weekend.
Holiday Things To Do In Detroit This Weekend
If you’re looking for something festive to do this weekend, Noel Night is returning to downtown. It’s going on in the Midtown and Cultural Center districts this Saturday from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. There’s live entertainment, crafts, visits with Santa, and so much more.
There’s also the holiday markets that are returning to Easter Market. That happens this Sunday and next Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There’s always tons of shopping there, lots of Michigan made gifts and unique gift ideas for people.
Also, the Wild Lights are happening at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak right now and that runs through January 7th. They have new experiences, enhancements to their trails including the Enchanted Trail, Field of Light, and Underwater Trail. That’s always fun for the kids to take them to that.

Beyoncé’s new concert movie opens in AMC Theaters beginning tonight. You’ll have two weekends to catch it in theaters before it goes to VOD.
Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé Hits Theaters
If you’re a Beyoncé fan, today is the day her Renaissance concert film hits AMC Theaters. The movie will run this weekend through Sunday and then return to theaters from December 7th through the 10th before it goes to Video On Demand on the 13th. So, if you aren’t able to check it out in a theater, you can watch it at home in just a couple of weeks. Invite your friends over, dress up and have a dance party. It’s cheaper than a ticket to one of her concerts. They say it’s expected to make $30-$40-million opening weekend. Check for tickets near you here… https://www.amctheatres.com/

Foxy Brown has been out of the spotlight for over 15 years. Now, it seems we won’t be without her for too much longer.
Foxy Brown Teases a Comeback
Would you be here for a return from Foxy Brown? According to a post, she said that she understands the void that’s been left since her absence and she’s quietly raising her beautiful girl and “preparing for the greatest comeback in music.” Foxy left the music world entirely in 2005. Her last studio album was 2001’s Broken Silence, and her last full-length release was the 2008 mixtape Brooklyn’s Don Diva. I’m looking forward to hearing what she comes out with.
