The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development saying that single heads of romaine lettuce sold by Tanimura and Antle have tested positive for E. coli.

The outbreak has been traced to a crop of romaine lettuce coming from Salinas, California and has caused 2 known illnesses in Michigan.
