Halle Berry put up a photo on Friday for her #FitnessFriday that almost shut the internet down.
The 53 year old flaunted her chiseled abs.
She is in shape for a new movie that she is starring, producing and making her directorial debut in.
The movie is called Bruised and is about MMA. It will begin filming March 2020…
