Delta Variant Accounts For 83% Of U.S. Cases
We back outside!!! (For now.)
The highly-contagious Delta variant now accounts for 83% of all COVID-19 cases in the U.S., according to the CDC.
That’s up from 50% just two weeks ago – a spike CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky called “dramatic”.
The number of total new cases is also rising, up 145% from two weeks ago – with most infections happening in unvaccinated people.
Listen, for me this ain’t about politics anymore. This is about common sense. Can we just get the vaccine so we can STAY outside? Okay, rant over.
