OnlyFans To Ban Porn Starting in October

A lot of young entrepreneurs in the adult industry are about to be looking for a new home to host their content!

OnlyFans has announced that are going to enact a ban on pornography according to TMZ.
The company says the ban on all sexually explicit content is going in to effect on Oct. 1 … and it seems the reason seems to be due to wanting to capitalize on investors and banking partners. In other words, lots of investors don’t want to deal with a site who makes their money off pornographic content.
OnlyFans says it has to “ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform, and continue to host an inclusive community of creators and fans.”
The site exploded due to young men and women posting sexual pictures and videos and gaining popularity through subscribers.Bhad Bhabie aka “the Cass Me Ousside girl” raked in $1 million in just 6 hours in her OnlyFans debut back in April, a record for the site according to TMZ.

Some users may be safe since OnlyFans says that creators will still be allowed to post content with nudity as long as it falls in their “Acceptable Use Policy.” We’ll have to see what that entails.
