Detroit is making national news, but not for the right reasons yet again.

A mural of Eminem located in Midtown Detroit, that was completed on Saturday, has already been vandalized.

The artist that constructed the mural, Chris Devins, spent about seven hours on the six-foot tall portrait of the rapper.

Devins shared a photo of the vandalized mural on Instagram with the caption, “Only one day after it’s completion, some idiot in Detroit already defaced the new M mural. You can’t give some people anything good. Dumb. I can probably fix it but damn….”.

Really?! Considering what Em means to the city, it’s a shame that a hater would go this far. Let’s hope Chris can get it fixed. Maybe they should invest in some cameras for the area?!
