T.I. & Tiny Won’t Be Charged for Alleged Sexual Assault

T.I. and Tiny have to be thrilled today after this news!
Reports say that they won’t be charged for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2005 in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, prosecutors declined to move forward with the case.
TMZ reported that the accuser filed a police report earlier this year, alleging T.I. and Tiny drugged and assaulted her sometime in early 2005 after the three of them met at a club.
In the docs, prosecutors say the 10-year statute of limitations has expired.
The Las Vegas case turned out the same way after the statute of limitations expired there as well.
