TikToker Exposes How Panda Express Makes Their Orange Chicken

We’ve seen TikTok videos before of various fast food employees exposing how certain menu items are made, the latest is about Panda Express’ Orange Chicken.
The video shows that they combine garlic, sauce, and several other ingredients into a wok, then add the chicken from the fryer, then they flip the wok several times to coat the chicken in the sauce.
The secret of the “orange sauce” is still a secret since it’s pre-made.
I hope people aren’t upset by this as it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything WRONG per se. Did we expect Panda Express to be fine dining?
